An alter ego is another side of yourself.

It’s that simple. We all show up to different situations as different versions of ourselves. An alter ego is one of those other sides of yourself—we just bother to define it, understand its power, and name it.

I created The Alter Ego Project based on her own need to live more authentically.

I am a seeker, learner, creative, and teacher. I combine skills developed over my tech and education careers with independent research I have conducted on alter egos. I thrive on partnering with other curious souls through this delightful, fun process of self-discovery.
